WWE Crown Jewel Live Coverage 11/2 – Two Champion Vs. Champion Matches, The Bloodline Vs. Roman Reigns And The Usos
Welcome to watchWrestling.mom’s live coverage for WWE Crown Jewel on November 2, 2024! The event, held at the Mohammed Abdo Arena in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, begins at 1 PM ET.
The groundbreaking event will crown the first-ever Men’s and Women’s Crown Jewel Champions. Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes clashes with World Heavyweight Champion GUNTHER in a Champion vs. Champion match, while Women’s Champion Nia Jax faces off against Women’s World Champion Liv Morgan. The two had a heated exchange on last night’s “SmackDown” before Morgan defeated Jax’s ally Tiffany Stratton. Rhodes and Randy Orton also teamed up to defeat GUNTHER and Ludwig Kaiser, setting the stage for their upcoming showdown.
Randy Orton will also have his hands full as he goes one-on-one with Kevin Owens. Their tensions have escalated since Owens attacked Rhodes outside the arena following WWE Bad Blood, later ambushing Orton on “SmackDown” on October 11. The bad blood boiled over last night when Owens attacked Orton with a chair following his and Rhodes’ victory.
Roman Reigns, alongside Jimmy and Jey Uso, is set to confront Solo Sikoa’s new faction in a bid to end Sikoa’s time as “Tribal Chief.” Reigns, Jimmy, and Jey will face Sikoa, Jacob Fatu, and Tama Tonga in a match fueled by weeks of conflict. Tensions between the two groups erupted when The Bloodline cost Jey his Intercontinental Championship on October 21’s “Raw” and continued during Jimmy’s plea on this week’s show, urging Jey to join him and Reigns in taking down The Bloodline.
In tag team action, Women’s Tag Team Champions Jade Cargill and Bianca Belair will defend their titles in a Fatal Four-Way Match. They’ll face Lash Legend and Jakara Jackson, Damage CTRL’s IYO SKY and Kairi Sane, and the duo of Chelsea Green and Piper Niven. The eight competitors clashed last night on “SmackDown” when SKY claimed victory over Legend, Belair, and Niven, while a brawl erupted at ringside among Cargill, Jackson, Sane, and Green.
Elsewhere, LA Knight defends the United States Championship in a Triple Threat Match against Carmelo Hayes and Andrade. Both challengers had previously come up short in singles title matches, prompting “SmackDown” GM Nick Aldis to grant them another shot after Knight’s interference cost them the deciding match in their Best of Seven series.
Finally, Seth “Freakin” Rollins will take on Bronson Reed, aiming to settle their feud once and for all. After Reed sidelined Rollins with six Tsunamis in a row, Rollins has been determined to get his revenge. The two have since ambushed one another repeatedly, leading to their highly anticipated clash at Crown Jewel.
